Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join their growing team in Orlando, FL.
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting the Project Management Team in the coordination, distribution, and organization of project documents Assisting in estimating duties for future projects including contacting subcontractors Organizing existing sub files, permit management and management of all Procore databases and reports. Qualifications: Minimum skill levels include technical expertise in plan reading, concrete and masonry systems, structural modification, demolition, and carpentry Ability to communicate and lead subcontractors in execution of their work. Basic knowledge of MEP, Life Safety, refrigeration, and commercial kitchens is a must. Theme Park experience is an advantage.
